Meaning of Menopause customer privacy notice

  • -‍ ‍Transaction data (including details about payments to and from you and details of products and services you have purchased)

‍ ‍Our lawful bases for collecting or using personal information to provide and improve products and services for clients are:

‍ ‍- Consent - we have permission from you after we gave you all the relevant information. All of your data protection rights may apply, except the right to object. To be clear, you do have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

‍ ‍- Contract – we have to collect or use the information so we can enter into or carry out a contract with you. All of your data protection rights may apply except the right to object.

‍ ‍Where we get personal information from

‍ Directly from you. Upon seeking written consent from you, we may contact your GP to seek more information or discuss a specific element of support to ensure this is right for you. This will never be done without your permission.

‍ ‍How long we keep information

Data about you will be kept for up to 7 years on the Meaning of Menopause system. Once 7 years have passed, and you are not an active client at that time, your data will automatically be deleted.

Data is obtained at the beginning of support from us and you can request access to this data, or request that we remove this data from our system at any time.
